Boring

I just wanted to warn you that I intend for this blog to get very boring very quickly. You see, we're no longer preparing for a trip overseas, adding a member to the family, in the midst of a failed adoption, finding new kids that are so much different from the first, coming home and adjusting to life with four, finding out major diagnosis, searching for a surgeon, doing multiple surgeries (one little one still- Micah's ear tubes next month), or facing the day we have to hand our beautiful little girl over and the unknown future that lies after that. No, now we're just a family of 6 with four little ones. Healthy, happy, and making our way through the world that comes with both typical kids and those with special needs. We're just boring ole 'us'.

I'll continue blogging because I enjoy writing our the ins and outs of our days, sharing my kiddos with whomever would like to see them, and having this outlet to both share and receive advice.

Thank you all for your support, prayers, and love. It means the world to us and I hope you will stick around even when we get boring :)

  2. I would love to see boring just for your benefit LOL ALL FOR BORING IT IS!!!! I figure the same thing about my blog...It helps family and friends far away know what we are up too and eventually I would like to print everything out that I have typed and bound it for my kids to have. I am sure it is not too interesting for others but it's just a joural for my family and others who are interested.

  3. Oh, 2 questions:
Do you have trouble keeping emma off of her tummy and do you have to "scoop" her up when you hold her?

  16. Boring. Yes, boring sounds nice for a while. I hope things continue to settle for your family and that you can just enjoy each other without too much "adventure." I love seeing how your kids continue to thrive, so I'll still be stopping in.
