Thank you & update

Thank you to everyone that has posted on their blogs to pray or have a day of 'blogging silence' for Miss Emma. Last night Michael and I sat down and on my Google Reader I typed in Emma and we read each comment and prayer over her. It is reassuring to know that so many have gathered for her. Thanks to my RR friends for the prayer session this morning and to those on Yahoo that have posted that they're praying. Mike and I have had a surprising peace though this first part of surgery.

And an update... They just called down to say that they are still working on the repair and are about to start "rewarming"... which to me sounds GROSS. Anyway, things are going ok for Emma.

    Prayers here, too...sweet picture of Emma smiling and flirting a bit with those pretty blue eyes!

    I'm so glad she's doing well thus far and that the doctors are so thoughtfully keeping you posted about the surgery and that friends are with you as you wait. Please know that many others are with you in heart and spirit during this time.

    You all have been in my prayers all day. I'm so glad that things are going well. I got my key chain in the mail today and I cried when I saw the beautiful Cornish children smiling at me. They now grace my fridge with many others I love! Thank you so much! Still praying for you! Cammie
