Update

I got a call back from the surgeon's office and he can't move it up. I also put in a call to the cardiologist to see if she can convince him otherwise. Still working on whether we can have the other doctor do the surgery since he has an opening both tomorrow and next Thursday. We shall see... Waiting on a call back from the cardiologist now. Two birds with one stone, I needed to talk to her about Emma's oxygen levels anyway since I've had to move her up to a full liter to keep her in the 90's at night the past few nights. Thank you all for praying, please continue to do so!

  1. praying for you... for peace as you wait to find out what's going on, for faith to trust God with whatever you hear back, and that if it's God's will Emma can have the surgery by the end of next week. praying that He will give her the strength to keep fighting and for the miracles He has already given so many times in her little life.

  2. Praying for you guys! I know you know this, but none of this is a surprise to God and her surgery date has already been determined by HIM! We will pray that she can have her surgery sooner, and will also pray for God's perfect timing and provision. I'm so in love with Emma! My heart is breaking that she is struggling! :(

  4. Ok, we are keeping up with your situation and continuing to pray. Do you monitor O2 levels during the day? I know that can be tricky. I've given up, myself. Hang on.

  5. I added Emma and the rest of your family, and those who will be conducting her surgery, to my church's prayer list today, and am saying prayers for the best possible outcome for her. Emma has touched so many people, thanks to your becoming her "forever family"...

You'll continue to be in my thoughts and prayers as events unfold...

    Best wishes,
Susan in Ky, cousin to two from Ukraine...
