Kristopher just told us

That although he was eating a pear with his dinner, "another pair is the same of something, like two things the same are a pair." It sometimes catches us by surprise what he knows and understands.

Then again, a few minutes later he insisted that a crack opened up in the middle of the living room and a green fire monster came out of it. So maybe the Pear Pair thing is his imagination too???
