Going OUT! :)

Today we hired a babysitter and Mike's parents are also coming over and... we're going out!  Today is my 29th birthday and we are going to spend an hour getting the kids acclimated with the sitters and going over dinner and meds and getting ready to go... but when that hour is up, we're on our own!  Our kids go to bed at 7 and the babysitter will help get them down then head out as well.

And Mike and I?  NO IDEA where we're going or what we're doing... but, we're doing it without the kids!  It will be our first time away except for a one or two hour quick 'date' after the kids were in bed a week or so ago.

So, any good ideas of what to do in Orlando or anywhere else in East Central Florida for an evening??

  3. Have you ever been to Disney Quest? It's a ton of video games and other cool interactive exhibits. Peter and I created our own Personal Song in there sound booth and we both still laugh about it. 'Let's party, party, party tonight. I know your boss is bloated. It's time to get down. We're gonna go out for some sushi in our robe and night gown. Just you and me babe and toto do........You get the picture. Whatever you do have a great night and welcome to being 29. Someone told me make sure to enjoy the last 365 days of your 20's.

  5. When I'm in Orlando, it's usually for Disney World. However, we also enjoy going Sonny's Real Pit BBQ and to Friendly's for ice cream. Not exactly a classy date night, but yummy!
